| The test device of high temperature sealing gasket comprehensive performance is the main equipment to measure the comprehensive performance of the gasket.It can complete the test method of compression rebound properties characteristics,creep characteristics and sealing characteristics at high temperatures.This will be significantly important for the improvement of sealing performance of gasket and its optimization design.This paper is mainly to learn about the domestic and foreign research on the test equipment of high temperature sealing gasket comprehensive performance,and find that there are some problems,specially in the load controlling system, the devices mostly use hydraulic servo load system,this lead to relatively high cost, be inconvenient to maintain and less output torque,so they are not suitable for industrial applications of high load force;also in the hardware and software systems,most of them are out of time,because of that some hardware devices and the standards of test method using in the equipment have been greatly changed as the development of technology.To solve the above problems,firstly,this paper respectively design the hydraulic loading system,,temperature control systems and the leak rate measurement system of the test equipment base on the the overall structure of the test equipment,such as the electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve hydraulic loading control system that can achieve the highest load pressure 100t,the temperature heating-controlling system that can control the temperature from 0 to 450 degree,the helium mass spectrometer leak detection system that can reach 10-11Pa.m3/s leakage rate levels.Secondly,according to the function requirement of each system,this paper will select the hardware devices that have the right price and excellent performances,such as sensors, proportional valves, temperature controllers,and introduce their working principle in detail.Finally,this paper propose that the design of the testing system will use the visual instrument technology to separately design each functional modules base on the IPC,NI data acquisition card and LabVIEW software,then through existing international generic ASTM, EN, GB gaskets testing standards, finalize the design of high temperature gaskets comprehensive performance testing system by integration of various functional modules. |
