In this project,taking the engineering practice background,the author designs and develops the testing system of valve reduced pressure based on LabVIEW.It is mainly used for testing various characteristics of high pressure reducing valve.Because the original manual records have test equipment test,to achieve fast response,improve the efficiency and the test valve test equipment accurately,after consulting a large number of relevant information and research,based on the argument,using the test equipment based on LabVIEW software can realize perfect all the requirements.According to the requirements of various testsfor high pressure valves in test reduced pressure(such as:realizing the characteristic test,impact test and static pressure test,and measuring the pressure and temperature of each point quickly and accurately with millisecond.),relevant information is read and found.With investigation and studythe software and hardware of a test system is designed for the airtight test,impact test and pressure test of high pressure valves.The hardware part of the test device includes two parts:the mechanical and the control.The mechanical part is designed by four parts: test bed,orifice plate bracket,air cushion volume cart and booster module.The measurement and control is formed by five parts:the industrial computer,data input/output card,isolated digital input/relay,current/voltage converter,a variety of sensors and other components.Under setting reasonable mechanical system,measurement and control part of the hardware,the author selects the LabVIEW software platform for its high-speed acquisition as well as real-time control.Using the graphical and flexible programming of the software,the real-time measurement and control software with personalized,user-friendly and friendly interface is haven been developed.Finally,the automatic equipment system of high pressure valves in test reduced pressure realized.After the completion of the test equipment,the pressure valve is used and tested.The measured results of the developed test equipment is shown that the system detectesdata withhigh precisionand processing functions in real-time.The system is easy to operate and reliable.It can be meet totest the various characteristics of high pressure valves.The test results also are shown that changes from the original data by artificial record to automatical recordwith no paper.The testing device greatly improves the accuracy of testdata,real-time,reliability and efficiency. |
