Research On Frozen Food Cold-chain Logistics Center Design

Nowadays,the supply of food is the important aspect of nation`s development and stability,and is also paid much attention by nation and citizens.Generally speaking,there are problems in all aspects of the food supply chain,especially in some supply process of quick-frozen food.Therefore the quality and safe of food is very severe.With development of supply chain of food refrigeration,the construction of cold chain logistics center of frozen food will have a significant impact on quality and safe of food in our country.However the theoretical researches which can refer to are not enough.Therefore this paper try to analyze the planning and the architecture design of cold chain logistics center of frozen food,mainly through industrial park layout planning methods and cold chain logistics characteristics.The research result can supply some references of the planning and the architecture design of cold chain logistics center of frozen food,and improve the design of cold chain logistics center of frozen food for supplying the substance basis of cold chain logistics.The first chapter mainly states the background,development and recent research of cold chain logistics,and builds a research framework.Meanwhile this chapter also put out some questions about the planning and the architecture design of cold chain logistics center of frozen food.The second chapter analyze the function and characteristics of cold chain logistics center of frozen food.Then the chapter states the current situation and SLP theory.The third chapter,from the perspective of site planning,firstly illustrates the cold-chain logistics center of quick-frozen food location method.Secondly,analyses the internal function layout to the content and relationship.Finally,summarized the various problems that need to be paid attention to in the site-plan design of cold chain logistics center of quick-frozen food.The fourth chapter,from the perspective of architecture design,firstly,expounds cold chain logistics center of quick-frozen food circulation design and single category design,and analyzes the architecture design from the perspective of low-carbon energy.Through the research and analysis of the problems existing in the design of each building,summarizes the key points that should be paid attention to in the design of these buildingsThrough the analysis of typical cold chain logistics center of quick-frozen food engineering practice in China,the design method of the cold chain logistics center of quick-frozen food is demonstrated,and the content of the cold chain logistics center of quick-frozen food is fully covered.In order to provide some guidance for the design of cold chain logistics center in the future.
