Cultural Perspective Fengyang City Chief District Planning Strategy

With the development of social economy,the urbanization process is accelerated constantly in our country.Urban planning and design is the comprehensive reflection of city’s society,economy,environment,culture,and building space.As a historical cultural city,Fengyang’s geographical position and cultural heredity hold a prominent place in the history of city development.However,the reasons such as history,insufficient input resulted in Fengyang old city pattern seriously impeded the development of economy,and severely impacted Fengyang’s external figure and developing competition.The main research content is as follows:First of all,it is trying to explore the theory research of city culture from the basic concepts of city culture.And the concept of the new district is clearly defined in view of the government of new district planning theory system research.In the cultural perspective to the government of new district,cultural hierarchy further divides and defined,and the government of new district culture and space are analyzed in combination.At the same time,it also put forward some planning guidance and reference on the strategic orientation on the basis of theoretical research to the government of new district.Secondly,it starts with the basic conditions of city Fengyang,history and culture of city general situation and the new situation carries on the brief analysis and interpretation.From the view of urban development and current situation,the paper analysis the overall land use development in the near future and long-term development of practical strategies.Finally,it combined with the feature of urban culture,full respect emperor city in the urban planning and design culture and the traditional architectural style,respectively into the chop,courtyard three concepts to explain on the city’s historical and cultural heritage.Strategy of historical and cultural heritage,history and culture inheritance and administrative district cultural inheritance made a detailed analysis of characteristics and personality,to create a rich space form,and the individuality fengyang new district planning strategic suggestions are analyzed.Anyway,the paper can give some planning strategic suggestions,through fengyang city history and culture,local culture concept analysis and construction of the inheritance of traditional analysis,tries to scientifically to solve the contradiction between urban construction and the protection of cultural relics.At the same time,both the old city historical and cultural heritage with the actual function of the government district,city of the construction of the new breakthrough,to create the characteristic of historic culture and provide a certain amount of theory and practice reference.This paper expected to scientifically solve the contradiction between urban construction and heritage conservation through the analysis of the concept of historic culture,local culture and inheritance.At the same time,it should give consideration to both heritages of old city’s historic culture and practical function of government new area,to achieve breakthrough of urban construction and construct unique famous historical city.
