| Under the background of global digital production and with the strengthening of the international cooperation, the direction of the enterprise manufacturing moulds tend to be in small-quantity, various species, and short-cycle. In facing of the limited resources and productivity and intensive competition of the market, the administrators in control of the production of the mole-making enterprise always attempt to come up with all kinds of methods to improve the production, decrease costs and improve the degree of satisfaction of the customers.Manufacturing Execution System is the ligament of Enterprise Application Integration and the basic technology means of implementing stratagem of enterprise agile manufacture and realizing workshop 's agile production. Based on analyzing the characteristic of Mould Enterprise, The system chooses the J2EE platform andB/S (Browser/Server) Architecture as the technology platform, which makes the client conveniently login the system anywhere. Further more, after absorbing many management experience of production, many innovative attempts have done on the design of system. The client can query production status and process of the product through the Bar-code. At the same time, the client and cooperator can monitor production status and process of the product in a long-distance way, which helps Enterprise to reduce the cost, delivery on time, improve quality of product and service. The system designs a model of network management based on Web by using the protocol of SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol),which effectively guarantees the system runs safely and steadily.This paper combining a successful case which I have attended formally in a mode-making enterprise for the enforcement of manufacturing system, design a MES prototype Based on Digital Mould Manufacture Enterprise and carry out the code functions of the system, and put it into the production and management of the mode-making enterprises.
