Research On The Improvement Of Chengdu City Street Landscape

The street is an important place for citizens to participate in social life,travel and information communication.From the perspective of urban planning,street construction is also the skeleton of the urban space environment,providing the citizens with the external space of urban life and reflecting the culture and vitality of a city.In order to promote urban economic development and create a convenient living environment,in the process of building urban streets,we should pay attention to landscape design on the basis of urban connection functions,so as to improve the level of urban street construction.As the capital city of Sichuan Province,Chengdu has been rated as a national historical and cultural city,and the current urban street landscape design level is low.In order to establish a new image of Chengdu,this paper proposes a study on the improvement of streetscapes in Chengdu.First of all,using the questionnaire survey method,Chengdu Tianfu New City was taken as the research object,and the streetscape design plan of Chengdu City was scored to clarify the key points of urban street landscape renovation.Secondly,with the design concept of “Huazhong Jinguan City”,through analyzing the spatial scale of the city,determining the spatial elements,constructing the urban spatial sequence,integrating and forming a complete sequence of urban street space,and proposing the transformation of street landscape elements from the theoretical perspective Program.Finally,taking Fucheng Avenue,Yizhou Avenue,Jiannan Avenue and Hongxing Road South Extension as an example,according to the design concept of “Huazhong Jinguan City” on the urban street,select characteristic plants,demarcate the urban street buildings,and green belts on the roadside.Plan the width of sidewalks,greenways and roadways,add special plants,generate bird's-eye view effects,and take road nodes as an example to draw a plan for upgrading and rebuilding.By comparing the effects before and after the transformation,verify the reliability of the landscape improvement plan designed in this paper..Through the research in this paper,it will help the urban construction landscape of Chengdu to improve.
