Research On The Village Layout Planning Of Qinhan New City

Xixian New District is the key to the integration of Xixian and Xi'an international metropolis.As one of the important groups of Xixian New District,Qinhan New City will have a huge development opportunity.At the same time,the planning and construction of rural areas has also received more and more attention.However,a large number of "village diseases" such as the extensive use of land in the villages of Qinhan New City,the "hollow villages" phenomenon,the lag of facilities,and the deterioration of the environment have hindered the improvement of the living environment of farmers and the improvement of living standards,which has constrained the development of social economy.Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to study the layout of villages in the Qinhan New City,which are closely intertwined areas of urban and rural areas,rich areas of historical sites,and complex terrains.This paper analyzes the current situation of Qinhan New City village layout by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.On the basis of this,it combines the planning technology of "suitability evaluation of land use and development advantage evaluation",and combines the management of the site with the control of the area and the ecological management to propose the village development.Types and development strategies,further develop the village layout plan,and multi-sectoral coordination and overall planning safeguards to resolve the contradiction between rural protection and development in Qinhan New City.Firstly,it provides guidance and reference for this research by combing the relevant theories of village layout planning and the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the village layout in Qinhan New City.Based on the landscape pattern index,CV value,GIS spatial analysis technology and other research methods,it analyzes the spatial layout characteristics of the village,and expounds the current difficulties faced by the village development in Qinhan New City,and summarizes the existing layout of the village problem.In addition,on the basis of the previous analysis and research,the village layout suitability evaluation and development advantage evaluation were carried out by means of step-by-step evaluation.The traffic and location factors,socio-economic factors,natural factors and human ecological environment factors were selected to construct the village layout.The evaluation index system selects the agricultural industry advantage,comprehensive service conditions and rural tourism conditions to construct the development advantage evaluation index system,and obtains the regional comprehensive suitability evaluation map and the development advantage evaluation partition map,in order to highlight the degree of suitability of the village layout and the direction of development advantages,combined with the comprehensive evaluation results of village layout suitability,the types of village development are divided,and corresponding layout planning plans and safeguard measures are formulated.The research shows that based on the auxiliary support of GIS platform,through the research and thinking on the village layout of Qinhan New City,the validity of the evaluation system established in this study is verified,and a reasonable village layout plan suitable for the development of new towns is obtained,and the village layout system is scientifically planned.It is conducive to improving the production and living environment in rural areas,promoting the rationality of the allocation of public service facilities,improving the industrial development of villages,and providing certain theoretical and methodological practices for the development of rural areas also located in urban fringe areas.
