Research On Suitability Evaluation And Development Model Of Rural Tourism Development In Hengyang City

Since the 19 th National Congress,the rural revitalization strategy has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Local governments have actively carried out village planning work and strived to achieve "prosperous industries,ecologically livable,civilized,effective governance,and prosperous life." As a central city in the southern part of Hunan Province,Hengyang City actively responds to national policies and plans to complete the full coverage of the rural planning of 4891 villages in the city by 2020.At the same time,with the development of global tourism,the status of tourism in Chinese national economy continues to improve.Rural tourism,as an important way to improve farmers’ economic income and improve rural living environment,plays an important role in rural development.In this context,rural tourism has become the primary choice for the development of rural industries.However,the blindness and disorder of rural tourism development,the unclear positioning of tourism development,and the serious homogenization of tourism products have caused the waste of ruraltourism resources and become an important bottleneck restricting the development and construction of rural tourism in Hengyang City.Therefore,the development of the evaluation system of rural tourism development suitability in Hengyang City is an important measure to ensure the healthy and stable development of the rural tourism industry in Hengyang City.Therefore,it is an important measure to ensure the healthy and stable development of rural tourism industry in Hengyang City by formulating the evaluation system of rural tourism development suitability in Hengyang City and classifying rural tourism in Hengyang City.Based on the related theories of rural tourism and development suitability evaluation,combined with the geographical location of Hengyang City and rural resources,the paper screens out the influence of natural resources,human resources and resources from three aspects:tourism resources,current development intensity and development potential.A total of 12 important evaluation factors were applied.The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to evaluate the suitability of rural tourism development in Hengyang City,and the suitability of the rural tourism development was graded to determine the suitability of rural tourism development.To guide the healthy development of the rural tourism industry.Based on the analysis of tourism related data of Hengyang City,this paper studies the background of rural tourism development in Hengyang City,and studiesthe current situation of rural tourism development in Hengyang City,and tentatively proposes a new model of rural tourism development in Hengyang City.The rural tourism in Hengyang City is divided into four types: the urban city’s leisure support type,the scenic area resource support type,the ancient town folk custom type and characteristic industry support type.Taking Xinping Village as an example,combined with the suitability evaluation system and development model,it made corresponding planning plans for rural tourism.
