Suitability Evaluation Of Economy Hotel Layout In Tourist City Based On Large Data

The spatial distribution of urban hotel is influenced by many factors,such as social economy,political culture,public transportation,population distribution and so on.It has always been the focus of urban construction and development strategy.As a major city in Shandong Province,Qingdao plays an important role in the development of East China.With the initiative of "the belt and the road",Qingdao has been identified as a "double location" city for the main node cities of the New Eurasian Economic Corridor and the strategic fulcrum of maritime cooperation.The holding of various sports events and international conferences in Qingdao has promoted the national awareness and attractiveness of Qingdao.The number of visitors to Qingdao has increased every year,that promoted the rapid development of tourism and related industries.The increase of mass tourism and business tourism have put forward new requirements for the hotel industry in terms of demand and quality.Economy hotels cater to the market demand with their advantages of cleanliness,convenience and low cost.Therefore,the research on the spatial layout of Qingdao economy hotel is helpful to understand the rationality of the spatial layout of Qingdao tourism accommodation industry and related supporting facilities.This thesis takes the spatial data of economy hotels in the main districts of Qingdao as the basic data,analyzing the spatial distribution characteristics of economy hotels in Qingdao urban area in detail from the city scale,regional scale and block scale by using ArcGIS 10.2,QGIS and Mai AHP software.The thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter defines and analyzes the concepts of tourist city,economy hotel and so on,and explains the content of this study at first;and then,it systematically reviews the research results of economy hotel and hotel layout at home and abroad;finally,it puts forward the thesis framework and innovation points.The second chapter elaborates the research foundation of urban economy hotel spatial distribution from theoretical basis and technical method two aspects.The former demonstrates the guiding role of urban tourism pole,tourism economic theory and spatial location theory in discussing the spatial distribution of urban economy hotels;the latter introduces the main methods used in this thesis,including geographical information system and analytic hierarchy process.The third chapter systematically classifications Qingdao's tourism resources and urban infrastructure.the A-class scenic spots and national cultural relics protection units is arranged according to natural resources,cultural resources and urban construction resources,and the urban infrastructure is arranged according to traffic facilities,public service facilities and commercial service facilities.Finally,the latitude and longitude coordinates of each element are collected to constructing the geographic information databas.The fourth chapter firstly constructs the hotel layout suitability evaluation index system by reviewing the literature.Then,it uses ArcGIS software analysis method to analyze the related factors.Finally,combined with the impact factor weight calculation,calculating the suitability evaluation of economy hotel layout in the main districts of Qingdao.The fifth chapter analyzes the main urban problems of the hotel distribution area with low suitability,and puts forward the space optimization suggestions from the macro and micro perspectives.The sixth chapter is the main conclusions and shortcomings and prospects of the paper.
