Research On Humanized Design Method Of Old-age Buildings

Population aging is all mankind faces an important problem is unable to avoid,the quality of life of the elderly problems has been a serious challenge faced by our country,and with the change and development of The Times,our country national economy growing,increasing of the national comprehensive quality,also changed people to their parents and elderly quality of life and living environment of understanding,they are no longer satisfied with just basic life safeguard,but hope in the limited elderly life,continue to seek to create their own value.Under this background,old-age buildings as a carrier of collective life in the elderly,also endowed with higher requirements.But in contradiction with the grim reality of demand,at present,the research and design of the old-age buildings design in our country are still in the groping stage,and we have not yet been able to take into account the health status and spiritual emotion of the elderly,respect their physiological characteristics and psychological demands,and achieve the humanized design.This paper takes the representative old-age buildings in Xi'an and Changsha as the research object,on the basis of the relevant theoretical knowledge research,Through on-the-spot investigation of the old-age buildings in Xi'an and Changsha,the general features of the location,architectural nature,architectural form,size and space type of these old-age buildings are summarized and grasped.According to the actual situation,four old-age buildings are selected as typical cases of humanized design and analysis,and they are investigated in depth to understand the actual use of these buildings.Then using the research method of environmental psychology to discuss the behavior characteristics of the elderly people in the process of using the old-age building,and collect and deal with it by means of questionnaire,interview,Richter scale method and so on.This paper analyzes the satisfaction degree of the elderly to the building environment in the old-age building,and then sums up the behavior and psychological needs of the elderly in the environment of the old-age building design.It reveals the shortcomings in the humanized design of the existing old-age building in our country.Finally,based on the investigation and analysis of the results,this paper will aim at the safety,comfort and richness of the three aspects,to Xi'an,Changsha two areas of the elderly building humanized design optimization suggestions and strategies,This paper puts forward some solutions to some specific problems in the typical cases,and according to the difference design of the old-age buildings between the north and the south,makes the transformation to a old-age building in Changsha area,and validates the conclusions obtained.In order to provide some valuable reference for the humanized design of the old-age building in our country in the future.
