Compressor is the key parts of refrigeration equipment,its performance directly affects the running effect of the entire refrigeration system.In order to effectively assess the performance of compressor,for the real test of its performance is particularly important,this is necessary step for refrigeration equipment manufacturers to develop products,optimize the design of the compressor and analyze the problems existed in the equipment.this paper has done the following work on the compressor performance test bench:First,according to GB/T 5774-2016 in the requirements of the test method,we select calorimeter method and liquid mass flowmeter method as the primary and auxiliary test method.next,select the type of sensors and study the control strategy of the key parameters,.Based on these preparations,we finish the design of the compressor performance test system,the key components,such as the calorimeter,supercooler etc was improved,ensure that the test system has high measurement accuracy,quick adjustment ability,good stability.Secondly,the system debugging before the test was carried out,and then the test was officially carried out to analyze the experimental data collected by the system.The maximum heat leakage of the calorimeter is 13.33 w,which is only 0.29% of the cooling capacity tested,far less than the 5% of the cooling capacity required by the standard;The maximum deviation of main and auxiliary cooling capacity is 3.96%,which meets the national standard.Both the operating parameters and index parameters indicate that the experimental device meets the standard requirements.Therefore,the uncertainty analysis can be carried out according to the experimental data.Finally,the uncertainty class B evaluation is carried out to evaluate the performance of refrigeration compressor.Then on this basis,try to matching sensor precision grade,reduce the uncertainty.the results show that the suction,exhaust pressure sensor precision of 0.1,mass flowmeter with a magnitude of 0.25 or power meter with a magnitude of 0.2,other sensor precision accuracy remains unchanged is the most valuable combination,the refrigerating capacity of the combination of two kinds of uncertainty reduction were above 20%.
