In the test process of compressor performance, the system measurement reliability is important to obtain accurate results. In order to improve the system measurement and operation reliability, reasonable system design, reliable sensors, stable control and exact fault monitoring are needed. Among them, the measurement reliability is the basis of obtaining reliable experimental system. So sensor selection and measurement reliability is very important.This paper took the screw compressor testing system as the research object, studied the measurement uncertainty and sensor optimization, and made the reliability analysis of results. And it presented reliability monitoring method by FDD, for reliability decreased.Firstly, GB5773-2004 were used to design and build the test system, the hardware system can measure and control all conditions. The measurement and control software based on Lab View can calculation and control the refrigeration system and its properties rapidly. And the bench can test multiple models. Then, the test results showed that using the method of design, measurement and control, it has a high measurement accuracy and stability control.Secondly, the uncertainty analysis of cooling capacity was analyzed, and the uncertainty analysis of test results based on D and J methods was analyzed. Then, it calculated the uncertainty on the standard condition, the maximum load condition, maximum differential pressure condition. After that, it studied the optimization of sensors by linear programming. The optimization results show that it is good for measurement and stability of the system.Finally, the paper studied operation reliability in refrigeration system. It carried out the experimental work of sensor fault on measurement reliability. Using the principal component analysis method, it made feature extraction of the refrigeration system measurement information. It studied on the process monitoring of measurement reliability, and put forward the method of real-time monitoring of refrigeration system based on the PCA method. It can detect the sensor faults fastly and accurately, and it further enhanced the operation reliability of the system.
