With the rapid development of the growing economic and energy crisis,a variety of industries pay attention on centrifugal compressor which have large flow,excellent efficiency and high pressure ratio characteristics. In addition to improving the performance of compressor impeller to ensure the fine aerodynamic characteristics of the whole machine,it also needs nice design andmachingbetweeneach others.In the absence of a rotating bench, this paper uses a wind tunnel blower to study the aerodynamic performance of the centrifugal compressorstator, which provides theoretical support for the research and development of large flow coefficient centrifugal compressors. The main work of this paper is the design of the experimental platform, including wind tunnel design, centrifugal compressor stator parts and measuring mechanism design.In this paper,the author uses fluid mechanics knowledge to self-design a large-scale wind tunnel test-bed and improve the performance of the wind tunnel test-bed by optimization reasonable modifications,in order to provide a good test environment test.The centrifugal compressor stator sub-components include guide vane, diffuser, bend and return device. Guide vane design is an important part of experimental device design.In order to simulate the flow field at the outlet of the impeller, it must ensure that the exit flow field, Mach numberand airflow angle of the guide vane is close to that of the rotating impeller, so that the inlet flow field of the diffuser is close to the real one. Afterwards, the numerical simulation method was used to calculate the flow field of the experimental part. The results show that the model stage of the centrifugal compressor's flow field is well simulated by the guide vane instead of blade.In this paper, five-hole probe is used to measure the flow field of the stator. In order to realize the five-hole probe circumferential movement, this paper specially designed the gear transmission mechanism. In addition, other flow field measurement devices are briefly introduced in this paper. Through the research, a reasonable design scheme is provided for the building of the centrifugal compressor experimental test rigof the aerodynamic performance.
