With development of oil-injected screw compressor technology, screw compressor is more and more widespread used in very many professions. Presently, oil-injected screw compressor already has become main product in two domains of aerodynamic force and refrigeration air conditioning.Performance of screw compressor is decided mainly by compressor rotor. Performance of compressor is not completely understood because that rotor profile is introduced from other countries. Comprehensive experiments have been carried out under varying work conditions for oil-injected screw compressor. Its performance was understood in this thesis. Performance of compressor is very wide difference when spiral angle and rotor lead of compressor are different even if rotor profile is same and rotor diameter is equal. Comprehensive experiments have been carried out under varying work conditions for two kinds of screw compressors which their rotor profile is same. Compressor performance is analyzed such as axis power, cubage flow, cubage efficiency and specific power and so on. Effect of spiral angle and rotor lead of compressor on performance is researched. Effect of Ambient temperature on performance is researched in this paper too.Measurement uncertainty of performance test system is analyzed in order to guarantee precision of experimental data.Analysis of noise source in oil-injected screw compressor has carried out in this paper in order to solve problem of compressor noise. Structure of compressor has been improved, and structure of sound insulation cover and absorption material is optimization designed. Test results show that these methods have good effects on noise reduction of compressor.Software of compressor data management has been developed with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQLserver2000 in order to improve efficiency and meet enterprise's actual need. Management of test data and analysis of performance to compressor are realized automatically with this software.
