With the development of our country's economy,the increase of inhalable particulate matter leads to the decline of air quality.For example,PM2.5 appeared in recent years,the number of days of haze in many urban areas has increased significantly,which seriously endangers human health.With the improvement of people's living standard,people pay more and more attention to environmental health.Nowadays,the demand for power resources is increasing day by day.Power plants are built all over the country.In the future,coal-fired power plants will still play a dominant role.However,the consumption of coal energy is always accompanied by environmental pollution,which directly affects our living environment.For this reason,various types of dust removal equipment in power plants emerge as the times require.This paper studies the electric dust removal equipment in thermal power plants,refers to the research and development status of domestic and foreign power plant dust removal technology,studies the control technology of electric dust removal,and completes the design of the control system of the electric dust removal equipment for the purpose of optimizing the dust removal efficiency.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the types,advantages and disadvantages of dust removal equipment,then theoretically studies the main factors affecting the dust removal efficiency,and puts forward corresponding methods to improve the dust removal efficiency according to the influencing factors.Secondly,the basic working principle and working process of ESP equipment are analyzed and studied.The causes and effects of back corona are studied.In order to improve the efficiency of ESP,a more efficient ESP system is analyzed and studied.According to the working principle of high voltage electrostatic precipitator,the control system structure of high voltage electrostatic precipitator is designed.Based on the principle that the electric field force of high-voltage electrostatic has adsorption effect on dust particles,the electrical control system is analyzed and studied from the high-voltage and lowvoltage electric control links.In the high-voltage electrical control link,the characteristics of high-voltage rectifier equipment and the working principle of intermittent power supply and pulse power supply are studied.By comparing with the traditional DC power supply,dust removal efficiency can be improved and energy consumption can be reduced.Closed-loop turbidity control system is used for electric field power supply.By adding turbidimeter to real-time monitor the flue gas concentration,the electric field voltage can be adjusted in time according to the working conditions to reduce energy consumption.This paper introduces the installation and debugging of dust removal equipment and other matters needing attention.After the stable and efficient hardware control is constructed,the system control bus is constructed by using computer network and modern communication technology.On the basis of DCS and PLC,the upper computer instructions are compiled,and the hardware configuration is carried out to realize the overall control of the electrostatic precipitation equipment.Finally,the working condition of the vibration device is analyzed,and the software programming is carried out according to the vibration sequence of the vibration device to improve the dust removal efficiency.
