Electrostatic precipitators and bag filters are widely utilized in the practice of air pollution control,but single dust remover equipment has many defects.Electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator combines advantages of single dust remover equipment,and its dust removal efficiency is much higher.The method of "Electric change bag" only transforms part of the original dust removal equipment,and the procedure takes less time and is economically practicable.In the precipitator renovation project practice,the process are limited not only by the original ESP technology system conditions,but also by the failure of meeting the demand of bag type dust collector already transformed when facing the fan of original system,pneumatic conveying system.In order to solve these problems,this paper analyzed problems theoretically and designed route in detail in a power plant located in Heilongjiang,which is on behalf of all power plants,and finally put forward the overall design route and method of the dust catcher which are through the tests of engineering practice.The general route designs are as follows:(1)Calculate all critical parameters in the dust removal area of electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator,and work out working pressure?facility power and the amount of ash hopper,make sure the demands of dust removers transformed met by old ESP system.Transform the pneumatic ash conveying system which cannot meet the needs of new dust removing system.(2)Test running conditions of coal quality,current,voltage and system.The result shows the fluctuation of ash content and lower calorific value in coal is mild,and the coal quality is stable.The current and voltage in electronic field is constant and can meet the demand.The operation of whole system is working well and lay a solid foundation for the test of dust removing in follow up.(3)Running resistance and the amount of smoke gas are in the estimated range during the dust removing period.The emission concentration in the outlet of dust remover is below 20mg/m3,and the effect of dust removing is greatly boosted.The real engineering practice proved the reconstruction scheme reasonable and effective and it met the demands of polluting particles emission standard stipulated by Chinese government(4)In order to prove the feasibility and rationality of the design,this paper uses FLUENT software to do simulation analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for the reconstruction technology of "electric modified bag".This paper discussed the design of dust remover in a coal-fired power plant located in Heilongjiang province and its actual working effect,which can provide reference for the reformation of precipitator in other coal-fired power plants.Although electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator are not widely used until now,we can predict combined precipitators combining the advantages of electrostatics and fabrics will be widely utilized in the future upgrading practice of electricity power enterprise undoubtly.
