Nuclear safety issues are increasingly received a lot of attentions after the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident.The research on the dispersion law of low radioactive waste gas and waste liquid in the atmosphere and soil is relatively mature,howeve there is a little study on the dispersion law of low-level waste liquid in water.This paper mainly studies on the dispersion regularity of low level radioactive waste liquid in water.Firstly the study can provide safety basis for inland nuclear power plant establishment.Secondly the study can help to monitor radioactive nuclide concentration on real time.Finally,the regularity can forecast the nuclide concentration and warning for accidental release of nuclide,then offer reference for accident handling in time.The innovation points of this paper are as follows.1?The affect factors of dispersion of nuclides were extracted nonlinearly via data fitting.It was shown that there existed a nonlinear relation between water flow rate and nuclide concentration,and the sediment adsorption was linear with the concentration of nuclide.For fixed waters,other factors are relatively smaller.2?The models of the dispersion process of the nondecaying nuclide and the decaying nuclide in the reference water were constructed,which were shown that the residual of the model is white noise,and the correctness of the research method is verified.Meawhile,the model has high precision for other verification data segments and can be used for real-time prediction of radionuclide concentration in water.3?The constructed model is verified for all points in river flow area,and the results show the method proposed in this paper is correct and the nonlinear extraction is effective,which is consistent with the international atomic energy agency 's nuclide dispersion law.And comparing with the numerical simulation technology,the proposed model in this paper is less time-consuming and high precision.
