With the advent of the experience economy and the development of e-commerce,people's demand for commercial complexes has shifted from material access to spiritual experience.The visual environment in the external space of the commercial complex is the starting point for determining the spatial experience,and the visual is the most direct sense of capturing the external environment.Based on the experiential development of commercial complexes,this paper takes the visual environment experience of external space as the starting point,and sorts out the external space and spatial visual environment of commercial complexes,as well as the domestic and international research status of spatial experience,and the theoretical basis associated with it,This paper analyzes the experience status of the external visual environment of the commercial complex and the needs of the space users,discusses the relationship between the spatial visual environment and the users behavior and spatial experience,and discusses the tendency of the spatial visual environment experience elements to the spatial experience.The design idea of the visual environment experience of the external space of the commercial complex is proposed,and the optimization strategy of the visual environment experience design of the external space of the commercial complex is proposed.Firstly,the background of the visual environment experience of the external space of the commercial complex,as well as related research at domestic and abroad are sorted out,and defines and explains the related concepts of the visual environment experience design of the commercial complex external space,and sorts out the development history,classification and characteristics of the commercial complex,as well as analyzes the users activity in the external space and the basic principles of visual perception and spatial experienc.And from different angles,the experience status of the visual environment outside the commercial complex is clarified.Secondly,by studying the relevant theories of the external space of the commercial complex and the visual environment experience,the theoretical foundation of the article is laid,and the changes and development of the consumer environment and the consumer's demand for the consumer environment are analyzed,and discusses the relationship between the visual environment of the external space of the commercial complex and the spatial experience and behavior,and analyzes theinfluence of the visual elements of the external space visual environment,and lays a foundation for the design idea and optimization strategy of the visual environment experience of the external space of the commercial complex.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,the design ideas is proposed with to meet the function of using external space,to optimize the visual environment of external space,to focus on the needs of space users,and to improve the experience of space agents.From the visual and experiential elements of color and form,material and texture,and visual scale and spatial light and shadow,the visual experience optimization strategy of the external spatial landscape and physical environment of commercial complex is proposed,Then,with the portrayal of humanistic feelings and the depiction of regional characteristics,the visual experience of the human environment in the external space of the commercial complex is optimized.
