Research On On Evaluation Index System Of Sponge City Construction In Residential Area

In the process of urbanization development,most cities are faced with a series of environmental problems,such as falling groundwater level,frequent floods,black and smelly water body,serious shortage of water resources,and degradation of water ecological function.To this end,China has opened up the sponge city construction road,committed to improving the urban natural ecological pattern,relieve the pressure of rain,flood and promote the recycling of water resources.However,the system has the characteristics of many constituent factors,many quantities and complex relations.The current evaluation system is not studied in terms of regional differences,the index selection and the specific weights of individual indicators have not been unified,and the evaluation system needs to be improved.Therefore,this paper systematically sorts out and summarizes the technical elements in the effect of sponge city construction,and combines the characteristics of relevant elements to carry out evaluation research,establishes a sponge city construction effect evaluation system that fits the actual project and has strong operability,and provides support for sponge city planning and construction management.The main research results are as follows:(1)Summarize the contents and status of sponge city construction,analyze the main existing problems in sponge city construction effect evaluation,analyze the influence factors affecting sponge city construction results,select evaluation indicators,with expert consulting method and comprehensive analysis of preliminary indicators,after decomposition,optimization,integration,build the sponge city construction effect evaluation system.(2)The hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the index weight,and construct the hierarchical structure and corresponding matrix.After the consistency test and index weight synthesis calculation,the sponge city construction effect evaluation model is finally established.(3)Taking the sponge city of Jiaozuo as an example,the membership function is used to evaluate its construction effect to verify the applicability and feasibility of the evaluation model.The results show that the overall construction level of the sponge city in Jiaozuo is relatively high,but the construction quality of individual indicators still needs to be improved.(4)The optimization and improvement strategy of sponge city construction in Jiaozuo City is proposed from four aspects:strengthening the multi-level connection of sponge system,implementing the construction requirements according to local conditions,building the construction control system of sponge city and construction,and striving to build a smart sponge city.
