| In recent years,China’s medical industry and medical equipment market maintained a rapid development and steady growth.The humanistic design concept of medical products is becoming more and more popular.Because of the special physiological and psychological condition of the patients,more and more products are designed for them.For medical workers,because of the lack of protective measures,in high-risk environment like PIVAS,medical workers got infected with the disease now and then.The PIVAS biological safety cabinet can control the leakage of harmful drugs during the dispensing process and protect the medical workers’ health.The design and research of biosafety cabinet will also bring more attention to medical workers and improve.the working environment of them.This research is concerned about large medical products in small batch production.Based on analysis of small batch production analysing the design limitations of large medical products in small batch production,taking PIVAS biological safety cabinet for example analysing of the ergonomics and aesthetic design principles,the theoretical framework is established about large medical product in small batch production.Through the discussion and comparison of modeling design method on user perception-oriented and low cost-oriented,a set of design method is put forward,which combined Kansei engineering design and molding cost analysis.Through qualitative analysis of the design schemes and quantitative analysis of fuzzy AHP evaluation,the output based on 3 different kinds of design methods are evaluated in ergonomics,aesthetics and economy,and the design method is proved to be practical and better than the other two methosd.Finally,taking the improvement project of PIVAS biological safety cabinet design as an example,the method is applied to practice,providing a new way for the design of medical products. |
