With the economic globalization, the market is rapid development, whether itis the customer or enterprise requirements for discrete manufacturing’s industrylevel increasingly high. With the shortening of product life cycles, customersdemand for the products from the mere popular products into personalized anddiversified characteristics of variety and small batch new products, and enterprisesin the face of the dynamically changing market that the diversified product support,pay more attention on efficient use of the capacity of dynamic resource focus withinthe enterprise and between enterprises. Therefore, this topic study thecharacteristics of the variety and small batch orders in the discrete manufacturingenterprises, and research on production scheduling workshop process-levelproduction scheduling method. This method starts from enterprise manufacturingtask model that based on parts manufacturing feature and manufacturing resourcemodel that take dynamic resource capacity as the core, combine with themanufacturing process optimization model, establish the workshop process-levelproduction scheduling model and optimize, provide customized products or servicesaccording to the customer’s individual and diverse needs, and at the same timesatisfy the target of production’s low-cost, short cycle times and high efficiency.First, on the basis of traditional production scheduling problem’s descriptionand analysis, for the problem that the dynamic changes of tasks and resources in theworkshop process level production scheduling process of variety and small batch,used the object-oriented modeling method to establish the business process-levelmanufacturing resources model and the manufacturing task model, described thedynamic information of manufacturing task and manufacturing resources, laid the foundation to improve the utilization of resources in the production process.Secondly, for the problem of workshop production scheduling for support onthe variety and small batch, combined with the manufacturing produces model, usedthe object-oriented modeling method, established the production scheduling modelof complex parts supported on variety and small batch, in response to the highcomplexity of the problem of production scheduling process, introduced the processdecoupling point, used Multi-objective mathematical modeling methods,established the production scheduling mathematical model. The model is dividedinto two parts, one is the universal part, the other one is the difference part,Simplified the manufacturing task and the entire production scheduling process.Finally, For the problem of local optima for solve the production schedulingmodel, used improved genetic algorithm to solve the production scheduling model,and combined with the actual workshop production scheduling for instancevalidation.
