| Office building energy consumption management is the foundation of a conservation?minded society,which is also the base of realizing wisdom city.It can not only provide people with the comfort and convenience of office environment,but also can maximize the resource conservation and save office costs.With the development of computer technology,digital modulation technology,communication transmission technology and the technology of digital signal process,PLC(Power Line carrier Communication)has been increasingly matured and more and more widely applied.Due to the PLC technology without rewiring,stable communication performance and low costs,PLC is the best way to solve the last kilometer communication in the Internet of Things,in areas such as office building intelligence,smart homes.As now,PLC is widely used in the field of electric power meter system at home and abroad.The main meter system platform can read the residents' meters and control the residents' use of the electric power by prepayment.However the use of PLC technology in intelligent building and smart home is just in the stage of research.In this thesis,according to the characteristics of the PLC in the office building power grid system,we research and analysis the model of power line channel.We put forward a complete set of office building energy consumption management system based on electric power meter and control of smart equipments.We design smart equipments based on integrated circuit MI200 E,which uses the modulation technology QPSK.We design and run a series of PLC equipments,which can collect data and control equipments in office building.We verify that PLC can be used in the office building energy consumption management system feasibly and reliably.We can read the consumption data through browser on PC and client app on phone.Meanwhile we can use browser and client app to control all equipments in the building,which can establish a comfortable environment in every office. |
