With the rapid development of our economy, power consumption and fast growth. Electric power resource has become the shortage of resources. Therefore, by changing the backward lighting control ways to save energy is feasible. For college teaching management in electric lighting of the waste, through the intellectualized control target, will realize electricity-saving lighting design a set of intelligent building control system is necessary.This paper puts forward a method based on power line carrier-current communication technology (PLC) PLCC or intelligent lighting control. Firstly due to the complexity of power as a communication channel, analyzed the power line carrier-current communication channel characteristic of power line carrier-current communication channel and the noise, impedance and attenuation characteristics are analyzed, and the power line carrier-current communication channel model. In energy saving and rational utilization of electric power resource, this device has today is very wide social and commercial prospects. Secondly, system framework design also has distinct level, low cost and reliable performance, high flexibility, easy maintenance, etc.Further research will be increased power channel, remote monitoring system, and the function of the application in large-scale lighting control.
