Study On Overall Space Design Of Passenger Vehicle Based On The Key Section

With the improvement of people's consumption level,consumers demand for the diversification of the automobile configuration,so that various functional parts of the car have been more and more,which puts forward higher requirements for the vehicle design capacity of the automobile design company.Therefore,how to to improve the space utilization of the vehicle is a major challenge to the vehicle development.Since vehicle space design needs to take into account the design,performance,component structure and manufacturing process requirements,vehicle layout department play the important part of the overall planning and coordination.There are many factors affecting the vehicle space,but there is no systematic guidance to vehicle space design until now.If space design elements are not considered comprehensive in the process of vehicle development,it's not conducive to the vehicle space target setting and implementation.By drawing on foreign design ideas and summarizing the previous project development experience,establish the overall space design method of the passenger car.First,summarize for the key dimensions of the vehicle space evaluation,as the main index of vehicle target setting and control.At the same time,in-depth understanding of the requirements of SAE size,clear these key dimensions of measurement method in order to ensure the consistency of measurements for benchmarking vehicle,which is conducive to the establishment of benchmarking database.Secondly,study how to transform users' space requirements into devisable vehicle size of vehicle.According to the principle of large to small,the vehicle space is divided into three cabins,and then expounds the relationship between the cabins and the vehicle parameters,and the relationship between the cabins and the key section,eventually the vehicle space can be designed by sectional dimensions analysis.Then,since key section is the structure foundation of key space dimension,this research focus on the key section of the vehicle design elements,and establish design specifications of the key vehicle section.Next,introduce how to use the key vehicle sections to complete overall space design of passenger car,including the engine compartment space,occupant compartment space and trunk space.Among that,occupant compartment space including crew cabin interior space and the passengers' get-on and get-off space.Finally,apply the vehicle space design method based on the key section to a new model,and complete the vehicle space design.In this paper,the vehicle space design method based on the key section provide a reference for the domestic independent brand automobile,play a positive role on overall design capacity of the domestic independent brand automobile and enhance the industry technical progress.
