Passenger cars layout development is the core of the entire passenger car development. And passenger cars layout development based on ergonomics is the development trend of layout development for passenger cars.This paper introduces the general process and specific requirements of passenger cars layout development based on ergonomics. And specify the driver's posture set, the manikin's position in vehicle's position and set of the main operating components.This paper focuses on the use of software of Ramsis as well as the seating buck to set up, checking, evaluation and correction for the preliminary layout settlement.In this paper, the main functions and application processes Ramsis software made the introduction, and the selection of manikin and common ergonomic problems in verification process made a highlight when Ramsis checked.Wherein the driver major blind spot's generation, goal setting, school nuclear verification and improvement proposals have done a detailed explanation visa Ramsis,the major blind sopt includes the lower front blind spot, A, B, C pillar blind spot, the left and right side of the lower blind spot, the rear lower blind spot, and the rear mirros blind spot.The seating buck's structure, the installation process, ergonomics related components and evaluation of general arrangement and the feedback based on this buck is described herein.
