Research On The Design Of Old Scooter Based On Ergonomics

In recent years,as my country entered an aging society,the production and market size of the low-speed electric vehicle expanded rapidly,especially in third-tier cities,fourth-tier cities and rural areas.However,due to the lack of national standards and regulatory mechanisms,it has caused many problems such as disordered traffic and has attracted widespread attention.In this paper,the research is carried out in the context of population aging,combing the development status of the elderly scooter,and analyzing the existing problems.At the same time,it compares the research status at home and abroad,sorts out the future development trends and opportunities,and provides theoretical support for the design of the low-speed electric vehicle.This article explains the feasibility and necessity of the development of he low-speed electric vehicle from the perspective of the development trend of the aging population in my country and the impact of the development results on society.Firstly,this paper conducts a research on the current status of he low-speed electric vehicle at home and abroad,and finds the problems that need to be paid attention to when designing he low-speed electric vehicle;Secondly,this paper studied the physical,psychological and travel behavior characteristics of the elderly,and comprehensively and deeply grasped the travel behavior characteristics and consumption characteristics of the elderly;Thirdly,this paper mainly elaborated the design elements such as the seat,driving space and control interface ofhe low-speed electric vehicle.Through the study of ergonomics,this paper attempted to find the most suitable design method to improve the experience of using he low-speed electric vehicle and improve the performance of he low-speed electric vehicle at the same time;Finally,through the design and practice of he low-speed electric vehicle based on ergonomics,I researched on man-machine system,found a design method based on ergonomics.Besides,I also researched he low-speed electric vehicle seat,driving space,human-machine interface,etc.designed a product that meets the needs of elderly travel,making elderly travel safer and more convenient.
