Because of the influence of the governmental policies,economic environment,investment strength and so on,there are a lot of uncertain risks during power generator manufacturing projects.In this study,the generator manufacturing project of Lu'an power plant is selected for research.It's a people's livelihood projects that time is limited.It must be started even though a lot of the details of the contract has not yet clearly defined.The generator product has the characteristics of high cost,complex design,long production cycle,so it will bring huge losses to the enterprise once the risk occurs.The article is based on the project risk management process,combined with the specific implementation process.Firstly,get project stakeholders and the WBS by brainstorming,identify preliminary risks,complete the management process for the project,then use Delphi method and questionnaires to identify the project risks and get the RBS.Calculate the relative weights of seventeen risks have been identified and sort them by AHP.Determine the level,the impact of risks,and make detailed prevention strategies for them.By earnestly implement the strategy and monitor,feedback the results,fine-tunes the plan,identify new risks and develop new measures.Finally,the project is completed on schedule,all the risks are controlled within the controllable range.This study describes the application of the specific operation,method and technology of the risk management process.All achievements are detailed records,and summed up a set of risk management templates,in-depth study of similar project risk management has a certain reference value.
