The Application Of The Whole Procedure Quality Control In Large Generator Manufacture Project

With the rapid development of the national economy,the energy needs is booming.Power refers to the ability to do work in various forms.The quality of the large generator will not only have an impact on the quality of the whole project,and even will have an impact on the national economy.Based on theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes in the process of large generator project quality management in generator manufacture project of S company,and puts forward the measures to strengthen the quality management of large generator projects.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The problems existed in the quality management of the large generator project of S company were been analyzed of four stages.(2)The whole process quality management and improvement measures for S company are proposed to construct the whole process quality management system,to construct the whole process quality management and control mode.(3)Take project A as an example,the application of the whole process quality management in the practical engineering project is empirical research,and the effect of the whole process quality management is analyzed.The results show that the whole process of quality management for large generator project quality management has important role,the use of the whole process of quality management,the company's quality accident rate has been significantly decreased.
