Study On Risk Management And Apply For Marine Diesel Engine Development Project

Nowadays,many enterprises have carried out the project management to the development of the product,but some enterprises only pay attention to the process of the project,without deeply researching the project risk management and taking the effective risk response measures.As marine diesel engine development project has the characteristics of complex structure,large investment and long time period,so it contains a lot of risks,which often caused serious economic losses,and even failure of the project.Therefore,it is very important to enterprises to strengthen the research on risk management of marine diesel engine development project.This paper takes the marine diesel engine development project as the study object,combines with the characteristics of SC diesel engine development project,applies the knowledge of project risk management,analyses the risk in the marine diesel engine development project,then evaluates it and handles it.Through the actual case of SY marine diesel engine project,the project selection and the methods and the processes of the risk management in the implementation process are described in detail.Through the company's previous case,SW diesel engine development project,28 project risks in the company's previous project case are identified,and evaluated the different affects of the two schemes to the SY marine diesel engine development project.Then by using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the total weight of two sets of schemes,the less risk one is selected.In the implementation process of SY marine diesel engine development project,the frequency and severity of the project risk are analyzed by using FMEA method,the risk values are quantified,and corresponding measures are taken according to the risk values.In this paper,the main project risks in the development process of marine diesel engine are identified,and a method to choose the project scheme is developed.The risk response tables are established,and the validity of them are proved by the actual case.This paper can be used for reference by other risk management of marine diesel engine development project.
