With the rapid development of highway construction mileage in China,the maintenance of highways has become increasingly prominent.Among them,road cleaning is an extremely important task for highway maintenance,and it is also one of the important guarantees for smooth traffic,safe and fast transportation.However,China currently lacks highway garbage trucks with a speed of more than 35km/h.The disc brush module is one of the core modules of the sweeping vehicle.The research on the disc brush module can prepare for the design and research of the highway sweeper.In order to realize the high efficiency requirements of highway garbage cleaning,the highway sweeping brush panel module is taken as the research object.Through theoretical analysis,the angle of inclination of the disc brush on the highway and the pressure of the touch point of the disc brush are determined.At the same time,the mechanical properties of the brush wire in contact with the garbage particles were also analyzed,and the number of the brushes was determined.In addition,ANSYS was used to analyze the contact between the brush and the particles by ANSYS.Using MATLAB to analyze the movement track of the wire brushing point,the optimal rotation speed of the disk brush to meet the speed of the highway sweeping vehicle operation is determined.According to the functional requirements of the highway disc brush module,the design scheme of the disc brush module is determined.Among them,the design of the brush holder connection seat,the design of the four-bar mechanism of the disc brush,the design of the disc brush motor and the design of the avoidance mechanism,and the parameters of the main structure are determined.Finally,the 3D model of the disc brush module was established by SOLIDWORKS,and the model was checked for interference.The model is imported into the simulation software ADAMS,and the influence of the disk brush speed and the sweeping speed of the sweeping vehicle on the particle throwing distance is analyzed to select the appropriate disk brush speed and driving speed.And the motion analysis of the lifting mechanism and the obstacle avoiding mechanism of the disk brush module is performed.Through ANSYS simulation analysis,the change trend of the main force of particle motion and the optimal value of the amount of compression of the filament are obtained.The structural design of the disc brush module uses SOLIDWORKS interference check to determine its reasonable design.Through the ADAMS simulation analysis,the optimal working speed and disc rotation speed of the highway sweeper were determined,Through MATLAB,a fuzzy controller for sweeping car travel speed and disk brush speed is established to best match the disk brush speed with the driving speed.
