Wet road sweeper is a vehicle used for road garbage cleaning,cleaning,collection and transportation.It is an important urban and rural road cleaning equipment at the present stage.With the continuous development of the national road cleaning operation project,the reliability and operation economy requirements of the wet road sweeper are gradually highlighted.Therefore,it is of practical significance to research and develop a wet road sweeper with high reliability and good operation economy.The working device of the wet sweeper is mainly driven by the hydraulic system.The matching rationality of the hydraulic system plays an important role in the reliability and operation economy of the wet sweeper.Based on the investigation and analysis of the development of wet road sweeper at home and abroad,and the study of a large number of hydraulic system data at home and abroad,this paper determined two performance indicators affecting the performance of the road sweeper hydraulic system:pressure and flow of the hydraulic system.According to the working requirements of the wet road sweeper developed by our company,the total control scheme of the hydraulic system is designed,and the working principle of the hydraulic system is analyzed,and the performance requirements of the hydraulic system and key hydraulic components are determined.Aiming at the problems of low reliability and poor economy of hydraulic system of wet road sweeper in the industry,this paper theoretically calculates and analyzes the main components of the designed hydraulic system and the matching rationality of the system.AMESim,an engineering system simulation software,was used to establish the hydraulic system model of the wet road sweeper.The model was used for simulation analysis of the pressure and flow of the system,and the system matching was further optimized according to the analysis results.Finally,the prototype is manufactured and tested.Through the development of new hydraulic system of wet road sweeper,the operation reliability and economy of wet road sweeper are improved greatly.
