With the increase request of urban modernization construction to environmental quality,sweeper is widely used in urban cleaning.Because of the low vehicel speed,the engine is low-efficiency operated,which lead to a low fuel utilization rate and a high exhaust emission.However,hybrid power technology can solve the problems mentioned above with a great prospect.So applying hybrid power technology to sweeper is applicable.Hybrid electric sweeper and its key technology is designed and researched in this paper.Firstly,hybrid electric sweeper is entire vehicle designed.The cleaning Method of dust collecting and cleaning is fixed by comparing the effect of different sweepers to different trash and the layout form of gutter brush and circulating-pneumatic conveying system is used by introducing main structure of the sweeper.Moreover,entire vehicle parameters are calculated.Secondly,the structure of gutter brush to hybrid electric sweeper is designed.Structure composition,principle of dust-removal and the main performance index of gutter brush is introduced and principal factors that influence sweeper efficiency are discussed.Moreover,main structure parameters are fixed by consulting data and empirical equations and relationship between elevating power and touchdown pressure and gutter brush is static analyzed by simplifying structure model of gutter brush.Besides,avoiding mechanism of gutter brush is emphatically reseached.Random direction method is used to optimaze parameters of spring for the purpose of reducing the error between actual elevating power and ideal elevating power of spring.Thirdly,hydraulic system of hybrid electric sweeper is designed.The function of lifting and falling bodywork,opening and closing tail gate,lifting and falling suction nozzle and gutter brush,regulating rotary speed of gutter brush is achieved by analyzing hydraulic principle.Moreover,parameters of hydraulic components are calculated.Besides,modeling and simulation of hydraulic system is used by AMESim.Simulation results and calculation results are the same,which proofs that the design of hydraulic system is reasonable.Finally,hybrid electric system of sweeper is designed.Series structure of hybrid electric system and parameters of power components are fixed according to running features of sweeper.Control strategy of series hybrid electric system is emphatically reseached with analyzing work mode,pros and cons of engine in power following control strategy.BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm is presented to solve the problom of high exhaust emission,which apply genetic algorithm to optimize structure and connection weight of BP neural network.Besides,modeling and simulation of series hybrid electric system is used by ADVISOR.Simulation results show that the improved control strategy is improve the performance of power,fuel economy and emission to hybrid electric sweeper.
