The development of the subway is an inevitable trend to alleviate the urban traffic problem. The passenger flow is complex and huge. The subway station is a passenger flow node on the complex line network, which brings economic benefits and some problems. The closed underground environment and the flooded information often make Passengers feel lost.At present, the design of the guiding signs of subways in various cities in China is uneven. With the development of the city, the number of subway lines is increasing, the signs are superimposed on each other, and even the guiding signs with different characteristics appear in one station. The optimization of guiding signs has become an urgent problem to be solved. In order to enable passengers to complete the trip safely and conveniently in the subway station,a complete guiding signs system is needed. The starting point of the research on the guiding signs system is the user, which studies and discusses the passenger's behavioral characteristics and needs. The basic composition and use conditions of the subway station-oriented logo are analyzed.Based on the existing domestic public sign specifications and the survey of some cities, the author proposes the identification of the location from the passenger behavior characteristics, the passenger information needs, and the identification content. From the station environment and advantages,we will carry out a complete system optimization process for the three aspects of logo composition. The Anylogic simulation software is selected to simulate the situation in the station. The focus is on the simulation guide sign, and the passenger flow simulation model of the subway station is constructed. The pedestrian density map evaluation optimization effect and suggestions are compared before and after the optimization of the guide sign.In the research method, this paper uses the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis to take the Xi'an Metro North Street transfer station as an example, research and analyze passenger flow data and environmental equipment layout as the basic modeling preparation, participate in volunteer activities and count passengers.Ask questions and understand passenger information needs.Based on the original guiding sign,an optimization plan is proposed, and the design drawings and descriptions are drawn. And implement the optimization plan, replace and transform the guiding signs of the North Street Station, and compare the effects to verify the feasibility of the optimization method.Using Anylogic simulation modeling, different pedestrian floors, different passenger flows and different familiarity levels are built to construct the pedestrian process.Through thediversity of pedestrian flow, the passengers can be used to simulate the identification of the guiding signs, and the innovative introduction of “Attractor” is introduced. The module is used in combination with the “waiting area” to achieve the effect of the simulated guiding sign on the pedestrian flow. From the passenger's point of view, this paper explores a complete set of guiding identification optimization design methods, including optimization ideas, optimization steps and program implementation. It provides theoretical basis and technical support for the optimization of existing guiding signs in China's subway stations, especially in transfer stations. And explored a new method of how to use Anylogic to simulate the subway-oriented logo.
