With the continuous expansion of the current city scale,the amount of urban rail transit construction is increasing year by year.The construction period of the elevated line is short and the cost is low.In recent years,it has been widely constructed in cities.The elevated station occupies a large amount of ground area during construction,which seriously hinders urban traffic.With the implementation of prefabricated technology in the field of rail transit,the construction efficiency of elevated stations can be greatly improved.In addition,as an important urban landscape,elevated stations need to meet modern and diversified morphological design requirements while adopting prefabricated design methods.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the prefabricated design strategy of the peripheral protection system of elevated stations.The research is mainly based on the premise of standardization and modular design of prefabricated buildings,and solves the problems of design contradiction between the architectural style and structural form of elevated stations,the selection of materials is limited,and the design of diversified forms.Through dynamic research on the design and assembly technology of the elevated station’s peripheral protection system,summarize the design elements of the elevated station’s peripheral protection system,and put forward the design principles;on this basis,conduct research on the morphological design and assembly-type elevated stations of domestic elevated stations,Summarize the design methods and existing problems in the design of the existing elevated station peripheral protection system;address the problems from the construction level and the design level to propose the peripheral protection system assembly design strategy to guide the design practice;take the actual engineering project as an example,use the assembly Design practice research using design method,demonstrate the feasibility of design strategy,and provide reference and demonstration for the prefabricated design of elevated station.First of all,the research summarizes the status quo of the design of elevated stations built at home and abroad and the status quo of research and application of prefabricated building technology.On the basis of theoretical and practical research,determine the purpose and significance of the research,construct the theoretical basis for the prefabricated design of elevated stations,put forward the design principles and practical paths of the prefabricated design of elevated stations,and clarify the design of the prefabricated design of the elevated station peripheral protection system Elements..Secondly,through field research and case research,taking Chongqing,Chengdu,and Shanghai as examples,the design features of urban rail transit elevated stations are collected.Through the investigation of 97 elevated stations,the structure forms and the characteristics of the outer protection structure of the elevated stations are summarized and analyzed,and the deficiencies in the design of the outer protection system of the existing elevated stations are summarized.Thirdly,a prefabricated design strategy for the outer protection system of rail transit elevated stations is proposed.On the basis of theoretical research and current research,design strategies are proposed for the contradiction between assembly and diversification,combined with research and related projects at home and abroad.The design strategy is based on the two dimensions of construction and design.At the construction level,put forward the integrated design strategy of equipment pipelines and structures,the split design strategy of prefabricated components based on the construction system,the refined design and performance strategies of structures and connection nodes;at the architectural design level,the materials and colors of prefabricated components are proposed.Combined application strategy,diversified design and combination strategy of prefabricated standard components,parametric design and construction strategy of prefabricated elevated station.Finally,through design practice,the prefabricated design strategy for urban rail transit elevated stations summarized in the previous article is applied and demonstrated.Taking Jinyidong urban rail elevated station as an example,two commonly used fabricated structural forms are adopted,namely,prefabricated concrete structure and prefabricated light structure.Summarize the design process and provide references for engineering practice.
