Hydraulic excavators are an important tool in the country's modern infrastructure.Conventional hydraulic excavators need to use third-party weighing tools to weigh materials when it shovels loading materials.This method is cumbersome and inefficient.Due to the low level of automation and intelligence of domestic excavator machines,there is no practical application of the automatic weighing system for hydraulic excavators.In this paper,the automatic weighing method of hydraulic excavators is researched.Firstly,the paper analyzes the research of the weighing technology about hydraulic excavators at home and abroad,expounds the main methods of weighing excavators and their problems,so as to illustrate significance of the research.Secondly,the paper analyzes the structure and force of the working device of the hydraulic excavator.The mathematical model of the automatic weighing of the excavator is established.The torque balance equation of the joint hinge point is derived from the weighing model.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the excavator mathematical model and automatic weighing principle,and proposes two weighing algorithms.Meanwhile this paper uses the recursive least squares method to calculate the recursive load of the bucket.Then,according to the automatic weighing algorithm,the paper separates two weighing parameters,and completes the weighing parameter calibration by using the recursive least squares method.Finally,in order to verify the accuracy of the excavator's automatic weighing model and algorithm,the paper gives the results of offline simulation and experiments.The construction of the experimental platform is completed by combining the MFC-based data receiving system.The offline simulation program is completed by MATLAB.It is used for identifying the weighing parameters and analyzing data that was collected during the experiment.Finally,the procedure code of the automatic weighing module is burned into the excavator control system to complete the bucket load online test experiment.In this paper,the automatic weighing system of the hydraulic excavator has achieved the goal by simulation analysis and experimental verification.The weighing accuracy is good under the constant motion of the boom and the stationary state of the working device.The mathematical model is simple.The parameter calibration is convenient.The research on the weighing technology of the hydraulic excavator has certain significance.
