Abstract/Summary:
The poor conduction performance of the track circuit is extremely harmful to the driving operation,which will directly cause the signal chain to fail,and the signal may be issued incorrectly;and this likely brings about the mis-conversion of the switch,thereby directly threatening the normal driving operation.The rail is an important part of the track circuit,and the train wheel realizes the vehicle branch by acting on the rail surface.In the state of outdoor,the rail is rusted by wind and rain erosion and rail surface pollution all the year round,and the oxide layer is formed on the rail surface,which increases the contact resistance,and the residual voltage of the rail relay is too high,resulting in poor shunting.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to develop an automatic device suitable for continuously brushing a corrosion-resistant and well-conductive metal coating on the surface of a rail.Due to the many brush plating process parameters affecting the quality of the coating and the brush plating current can reach 100 A,to ensure the safe and stable operation performance of the equipment,it is necessary to analyze its fault and safety.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment,the system composition and process of the automatic brush plating equipment are analyzed firstly,and then the equipment failure is studied mainly from the aspects of production process performance,operation reliability and safety of the brush plating equipment,as a result,there is a fault database is designed for the fault characteristics of the brush plating equipment system,and the fault classification and storage are performed.Considering that the quality of the brush plating layer is affected by various factors such as process parameters,the detection and control analysis of each process parameter sub-module is carried out,and the numerical control monitoring integrated system based on virtual instrument is developed.Finally,the fault diagnosis system based on the fault database is designed to diagnose and identify typical faults.In the operation safety failure problem existing in the brush plating equipment,a series of active safety precautions are taken,and a safety guarantee system is designed.The experimental results show that the automatic brush plating equipment fault monitoring system presented can meet the safety production requirements.
