| The ignition system is one of the most important systems in an aero-piston engine.The ignition system is required to work properly when the piston engine is started and during each cycle.The ignition system is a system with a high failure rate,so a comprehensive fault analysis of the ignition system can help maintenance personnel to quickly identify fault phenomena,diagnose the causes of faults,formulate targeted troubleshooting measures,provide strong support for engine maintenance work and ensure flight safety.The establishment of a fault information database based on fault analysis results and the comprehensive management of common fault information of the ignition system will not only help to improve the speed of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting time of the same type of engine,but also improve maintenance efficiency,reduce maintenance costs and enhance the safe operation of the fleet.This paper takes a certain type of engine ignition system as the research object,dissects the ignition system structure and working principle,and elaborates on the working process of the ignition system.In conjunction with the research content,the principles and establishment mechanisms of the functional resonance analysis method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are outlined.Firstly,the functional resonance analysis method is applied to functionally identify the normal working process of an engine ignition system and summarise the causes of common faults in the ignition system;the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct a comprehensive fault evaluation index system;an evaluation model is established according to the changes in the upstream and downstream functional phenotypes in the functional resonance analysis,the hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the weights of the input and output phenotypes,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is combined with the The relative risk evaluation from two perspectives of failure probability and failure risk level is carried out to quantitatively evaluate the more serious failure connection.The final analysis of the ignition system fault database is based on the results of the ignition system fault analysis of a certain engine,and the database requirements are presented and transformed in the form of E-R diagrams and tables.The implementation of each functional interface of the database will be described. |
