The bridge collision has become an important topic in bridge engineering.The collision avoidance problem of navigation cross sea bridge is often not taken seriously,though this kind of bridge is widespread in Jiangsu and Yancheng,Nantong and other regions,and the Yellow Sea Bridge of Nantong Yangkou Port is a typical example of this kind of bridge.In this paper,according to the project,the Yellow Sea bridge is taken as an example.On the basis of the theory research and simulation analysis,the collision process is analyzed and some anti-collision measures are proposed,combining with the existing bridge anti-collision design theory and method,which is referential for other bridges with similar working conditions.The source of collision risk for the Yellow Sea bridge mainly comes from the ship.Therefore,this article investigates the natural conditions,production conditions,ship operating characteristics and laws of the area before the construction of the project,and the impact of the Yellow River Bridge on people’s behavior and the changes in the ship’s operating characteristics after the construction of the project.And corresponding collision avoidance measures are proposed through the analysis of the structural features of the bridge,the natural conditions of the bridge near the beach area,the types and the characteristics of ships in the area where the bridge is located,and the reasons for collision bridges of the ship.Specific research works are as follows:The analysis of the risk source and probability: The source of risk is directly related to the natural conditions in the bridge area,marine resources in the project area,development,utilization,and protection of the sea area,where the project is located,and the distribution of marine functional areas in the surrounding sea areas.It needs to be studied and analyzed from the above aspects,to determine the scope ofthe risk zone and the type of risk source for ship collision accidents during the operation of the future bridge.The probability of ship collision bridge is studied.The analysis of bridge’s self-resistance ability under impact: The structure of non-navigating sea-crossing bridges has its common form and characteristics,and the value of external force loads are also various.The general method for calculating the bridge’s own resistance to horizontal collisions is obtained through the analysis of various situations.The risk analysis and general countermeasures of ship collision with bridge:Ship collision with bridge is an accident,and therefore there is a risk.The risk of ship collision with bridge is determined by the complexity of the system,and it can be not completely excluded.As a consequence,it is necessary to correctly understand this risk and take measures to reduce it. |
