This paper takes the 10-layer modular assembly-type comprehensive office building project in Jiaozuo,Henan Province as the background,and explores the process technology of the whole process of modular assembly structure construction.According to the " Standard for Construction and Acceptance of Modular Assembly Monolithic Building "(Approved for Approval),standardization requirements for construction projects are proposed.Analyze the mechanical properties of building modules during hoisting and installation and connection construction,optimize the construction scheme of modular assembly structure,and provide reference for modular assembly structure construction.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the development status of building industrialization and modular assembly buildings,this paper introduces the composition and classification of modular assembly structures.Explain the construction process and process of modular assembly structure,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of modular assembly structure and traditional structure in construction technology.(2)In Henan Jiaozuo modular assembly comprehensive office building project construction technology as an example,from equipment selection,construction period of division,manpower allocation,construction procedure and so on to make the construction organization design.Summarizes the key points of construction operation in the whole process of factory manufacture,hoisting,installation,concrete connection construction and construction acceptance of building modules,and puts forward the construction standardization requirements for modular assembly structures.(3)Analyze the three technical problems of the building module during the hoisting construction: the layout of the lifting point,the layout of the temporary support,and the determination of the lifting height range.Studying the mechanical properties of modular assembly structures during overall lifting around these three main technical issues.The Midas/Gen software was used to establish the finite element model of the building module,and the stress and displacement results under the two lifting conditions of self-weight and 6-level strong wind were analyzed.The results show that the overall displacement of the building module under the action of the 6-level strong wind was large.It is recommended that the building module stop lifting work when the wind level is 6 or above.And comparing the results of the two models with or without temporary support,it is found that the temporary support can effectively improve the stress concentration of the top beam during lifting and improve the integrity of the building module.At the same time,the stress and deformation changes of the building module under the influence of different lifting angles are analyzed,the optimal lifting angle of the building module is studied,and the lifting construction scheme of the building module is optimized.(4)Based on the basic principle of construction simulation,the time-varying mechanism of modular prefabricated structure is analyzed,and the mechanical properties of modular prefabricated structure in connection casting are studied.By simulating the construction simulation of a 10-story modular assembly-type comprehensive office building structure,it is analyzed that the vertical displacement curve of the modular assembly structure during the connection construction is “fish belly type”.The vertical deformation of the intermediate construction floor is large,and the bottom layer and the top layer are less deformed.The effect of post-casting floor slabs on the construction of modular assembly structure is studied.The results show that the post-casting slab between adjacent building modules can improve the structural integrity and reduce the horizontal displacement of the structure.Four demolition schemes of temporary support are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the scheme of demolishing temporary support in one cycle with three construction layers can give full play to the role of temporary support and compensate for the vertical deformation caused by demolition of temporary support in time.
