For nearly thirty years, China’s national economy has been rapidly developing itself. With the rapid economic growth, the people’s cultural and aesthetic level has also increased. The building structure is no longer fixed to the traditional form of original structure, it emerges many novel structure, attractive appearance, large span of complex structures. Development of the building’s structural body is also showing more complexity, in a more diverse direction. Many of the structure or even a combination of variety has complex structural forms. Traditional construction and design methods do not consider the dynamic changes in the structure during construction deformation and internal forces, so given the construction of such a large and complex structure will bring a lot of security risks. Therefore, the structure of a large-scale construction is processed then used to simulate a scheme comparison. This is a absolute necessary.In this paper, the research areas are as follows:1: The significance of construction process simulation and construction control of large and complex bridges were introduced. Combined with the current development situation of cantilevered structure with several typical project examples, it also introduced the structural features of cantilevered structures.2: Introduced the studied status of large and complex structures construction control purpose, mission, meaning and content of construction methods and influencing factors.3: Studied and selected the theoretical basis of construction mechanics, practical numerical analysis method and the construction process simulation analysis method, at the same time introduced the finite element analysis software SAP2000.4: Finally, using SAP2000 software Dongguan Hong Museum cantilevered structure’s three different uninstall program conducted an uninstall process simulation and through the simulation results of the three programs bracing rack axial force and vertical displacement of the anchor comparative analysis, and preferably out of the best uninstall program for future similar structure uninstall construction provides a frame of reference.In summary, study for construction process simulation of the large and complex building structure and selection the best construction program was not only the most important method of Pre-control but also a method to ensure the safety of the construction process. At the same time also has some significance for the research and construction of bracing uninstall similar large cantilevered structures in the future. |
