| With the further deepening of China’s reform and opening up,urban construction has achieved rapid development,but it still faces the problem of energy shortage.Public buildings have been extensively built over the years,but building energy consumption is also increasing,with shopping malls and office buildings being the most common.The shopping mall building has the characteristics of large lighting load,large number of people and long cooling time throughout the year,which makes the energy consumption per unit area of the shopping mall building generally high.Studying the energy consumption characteristics of shopping malls,optimizing the energy-consuming equipment in shopping malls,and finding reliable energy-saving means are of great significance to the energy-saving of shopping malls.This paper takes a typical large-scale shopping mall in Guangdong as the research object,and analyzes the energy consumption factors of the shopping mall in detail through the field research,energy consumption simulation and energy consumption analysis of the shopping mall,and provides effective suggestions for the energy-saving operation of the shopping mall.First of all,this paper conducts energy consumption surveys on 13 large shopping malls in Guangdong area,and finds that the energy consumption of shopping malls is higher than that of other buildings.The average annual electricity consumption of each mall is256.66 kwh/(m~2·a).According to the monthly energy consumption statistics of 13 shopping malls,the energy consumption of shopping malls is the highest in July and August,and relatively low in January and December.Analysis of the energy consumption of four large-scale shopping malls with sub-meters found that electricity consumption for air-conditioning and lighting outlets is the two most important parts of the total electricity consumption of shopping malls,accounting for 72%to 90%of total electricity consumption.Conducted on-the-spot research on two large shopping malls in Guangdong,including one-week indoor temperature and humidity test,comfort questionnaire,workday and weekend staff density survey.The analysis found that the air-conditioner operation time of the mall is basically between 10:00 and 22:00,and the average dry bulb temperature of R mall and S mall is 25.05°C and 25.48°C.In terms of comfort,the operating temperature of the mall was colder.In the questionnaire,22.33%and 25.25%of the respondents felt that the temperature was slightly cooler.The thermal neutral temperatures of the two malls were calculated to be 26.87°C and 27.34°C.The number of staff in the two malls on the working day showed a double-peak curve and a single-peak curve on the weekend.The peak staff density during the working hours of the two shopping malls was 0.068 person/m~2,0.048person/m~2,and the peak density of the business staff on the weekend was 0.103 person/m~2,0.093 person/m~2,which were all less than the design personnel density.Secondly,the energy consumption simulation of EnergyPlus software in a typical large shopping mall in Guangdong was carried out,and the accuracy of the mall model was verified by FEMP standard.The total electricity consumption of the mall is 8.909 million kWh,and the energy consumption per unit area of the air-conditioned area is 231.61(kWh/m~2·a).The single factor and multi-factor analysis of the building envelope factors,internal disturbance factors and air conditioning system design parameters were carried out to study the influence of various factors on air conditioning energy consumption.According to the statistical algorithm,the range analysis is used to determine the primary and secondary relationship of each factor to the energy consumption.From the analysis of energy consumption impact factor,the heat transfer coefficient of the enclosure has little effect on the energy consumption of the air conditioner,and the COP value of the chiller and the interior design temperature have significant effects.In terms of total energy consumption of the building,the lighting power has the greatest impact on the total energy consumption of the shopping mall,and the power of the equipment is second.Finally,using SPSS software to carry out regression analysis on the simulation results,the store air conditioning energy consumption prediction model and the mall building energy consumption prediction model are established.And put forward corresponding strategies for energy-saving optimization of shopping malls,such as indoor design temperature optimization,indoor design temperature adopts 27°C;transition season new wind system,after the calculation of enthalpy difference in the region,the new wind time is from October 19 to April 12 Day;use variable air volume system;lighting control optimization,etc.,and calculate energy savings. |
