With the increasing number of buildings in the cities of our country,the mode of commercial square has put forward new requirements and heights for the level of building energy use.Especially in the way of grey system theory to further study the cost control of commercial mall and supermarket buildings,in the construction of high energy consumption problem highlights today,People from all walks of life have begun to pay more attention to the problem of high energy consumption in buildings.Among the high energy consumption buildings,large buildings are the main ones.In large buildings,especially in recent years,in order to meet the entertainment needs of people,The Shang Chao architecture began to rise.Moreover,in the Shang Chao architecture,because of the comfort of the building and the requirements of the building image,the Superstructures have high requirements for lighting,air conditioning systems and enclosure structures.This directly leads to the fact that most buildings use electricity throughout the year.The energy consumption index per unit area of the building is much higher than that of other kinds of buildings.In order to put forward the energy saving measures of the commercial superstructure,this paper investigates the data of the commercial superstructure in a certain area and combines the building software modeling to analyze the energy consumption of the commercial excess energy consumption.The standard of energy consumption is analyzed reasonably,and the suggestion of energy saving is put forward.First of all,the author investigated the energy consumption of the city’s Shangchao,including the energy consumption of building air conditioning,the energy consumption of lighting and power system,the insulation of the building enclosure,and so on.The sampling standard was set at 200~500Kwh/(m~2·a)。The author finds that the main problems of Shang Chao building are high cost of manpower control,large energy consumption of air conditioning equipment flow frequency,and small temperature difference of water supply and backwater supply in part of Shang Chao due to earlier construction time,and large power density of lighting equipment,etc.Taking the Shang Chao building in a provincial capital city as an example,this paper analyzes the energy consumption data of Shang Chao building and quantitatively analyzes the energy consumption of air conditioning,lighting and power of the building.System energy consumption,building envelope insulation and other factors of the primary and secondary.From the view of building energy saving model,the thermal insulation coefficient of building envelope has little effect on building energy consumption,while air conditioning energy consumption and lighting power system energy consumption have great influence.According to the results,the paper puts forward the use of new energy saving materials.Uniform air conditioning load,reduce lighting area,improve management quality and other corresponding solutions to solve energy defects. |
