Recognizing the building’s annual energy consumption and monthly energy consumption characteristics through the energy consumption survey of a shopping mall in Kunming in this article.Simulating and analyzing shopping mall based on Designbuilder software,including annual energy consumption simulation and analysis,monthly energy consumption simulation and analysis,and differences between simulation results and survey results.Influencing factors by combining O rthogonal Test Method was also studied.Finally,establishing the energy consumption prediction model by a regression method.Researching the energy consumption firstly.Introducing the general situation of the research object in this paper,conducting the analysis by using the energy consumption monitoring system data,analyzing the annual energy consumption by item and monthly energy consumption data characteristics,and analyzing the causes why the energy consumption changed by combining with meteorologi cal parameters.Comparing the energy consumption level of the shopping mall with the energy consumption levels of other cities in the country.Conducting the energy consumption simulation and analysis secondly.Indicating the method how energy consumption simulation software interacts with Revit’s data by building an energy consumption model through Revit software.The annual and monthly energy consumption simulations of shopping mall were conducted using Designbuilder software,and the simulation results were compared and analyzed.Then,studying the impact of multiple factors and single factors on energy consumption.Orthogonal experiments were used to study the effects of multiple factors on energy consumption,selecting 13 factors,taking 3level value per factor,establishing L27(31 3)orthogonal tables to perform range analysis,variance analysis and energy saving analysis of influencing factors.Determining the impact of each factor on the energy consumption of the mall by taking different level value of 8 significant factors.Researching the impact of meteorological parameters on energy consumption,matching the Kunming shopping mall building model with four different urban meteorological parameters,and using Designbuilder software to perform four simulations.Finally,establishing a mathematical model for energy consumption prediction.Introducing the methods and steps for establishing a mathematical model,establishing models by using regression analysis.Conducting the energy consumption simulation with different combinations of factors by Designbuilder software,inputting the variables and dependent variable values to the SPSS software to establish a mathematical model for energy consumption prediction.Significance of the regression equation through SPSS software was tested,as well as the accuracy of the prediction model through the random test method.
