During the period of Chinese economy's rapid development,there is the new prosperity in the field of highway construction and Highway survey and Design market competition is increasingly fierce.Most survey and design enterprises need to face heavy design tasks,survey and design staff pressure is also increasing.In the long run,the bad feelings of employees have nowhere to vent,which will not only affect the personal physical and mental health of employees,but also increase the instability of enterprises and society,resulting in serious consequences.Through the in-depth investigation and practice of C survey and design enterprises,this paper explores and studies the social working methods to relieve the pressure of employees,hoping to provide some reference for the social work of enterprises.In order to relieve the pressure of enterprise staff,the author designed this group activities for the needs of the more stressed staff in the enterprise,using the theory of cognitive behavior,advantage perspective and so on to carry out certain.intervention to the more stressed staff,and by organizing supporting groups,team members could correctly understand their own pressure,find a suitable for their own social support system.Pay attention to equality and respect between team members and social workers in the work of the group,emphasizing that the panellists can proactively find ways to relieve stress by recognizing themselves and changing themselves.A summary of the panel's assessment is made after the intervention has been completed.Through the analysis of the measurement results before and after the service object by using the pressure measuring table,the interview with the team members and the author's participatory observation,the author finds that the staff pressure is improved before the activity,which shows that the group work practice is effective,but there is also the lack of data integration ability,and the professional relationship between the clients and other shortcomings.In this regard,the author summarizes and refines the professional and non-professional skills of carrying out such group activities,and provides reference for relevant practical research.
