| The development of road infrastructure in China is faster and faster, and the frequency of traffic accidents is also higher and higher. The anti-skid friction performance of asphalt pavement determines the safety performance of the pavement. The three-dimensional texture features of the asphalt pavement are closely related to the anti-skid friction performance of the asphalt pavement.Different aggregate gradation forms different three-dimensional texture structure of pavement surface. In order to study the relationship between the three-dimensional structural parameters of different surfaces and the anti-skid performance of pavement, eight gradation designs of two different dense asphalt mixtures AC-13 and AC-16 are designed. The optimum asphalt content of different gradations was determined by Marshall test, and then standard rutting plate specimens were formed indoors. The anti-skid friction performance of asphalt pavement surface is evaluated by pendulum friction meter and manual sanding method. The results show that:(1)For the gradation design of AC-13 and AC-16 dense asphalt mixtures, when the passing rate of each sieve hole has a strict size relationship, the larger the passing rate of each sieve hole, the smaller the structure depth and pendulum value of anti-skid performance index, and vice versa;(2)The anti-sliding performance index of the asphalt pavement BPN and the structural depth TD are negatively correlated with the aggregate fractal dimension D.The pendulum BPN has a strong correlation with the fractal dimension D,and the structural depth TD has a moderate correlation with the fractal dimension.A three-dimensional texture measurement system based on three-dimensional laser sensor is used to scan the rutting plate specimens and obtain the threedimensional texture data of the rutting plate surface. The scanning data are processed by MATLAB software, and the data are filtered by Gauss filtering method. Then the three-dimensional texture model of asphalt pavement texture is constructed.According to the three-dimensional texture data of road surface, the characteristic parameters of road surface are extracted, and the relationship between them and the anti-skid friction performance of road surface is analyzed.By defining the concept of the effective contact area ratio between tire and pavement, the relationship between the three-dimensional texture depth of asphalt pavement and the effective contact area ratio between tire and pavement is analyzed. The results show that:(1)The threedimensional texture parameters Ra,Rq,MTD and MPD of the pavement have a linear correlation with the pavement depth TD and the pendulum BPN,respectively, indicating that the three-dimensional texture parameters extracted by the detection method can be used as the evaluation index of the road anti-sliding performance.Rationality and feasibility;(2)Provide reference for the anti-sliding performance between the tire and the road through different structural depths under different effective contact area ratios;(3)AC-16 is mixed with AC-13 asphalt under the same effective contact area ratio The depth of construction required to embed the pavement texture is large. |
