Because of the complicated terrain,changeable climate and low design index,the mountainous highway is prone to traffic accidents,so the new concept of artificial texture technology of asphalt pavement is used to fabricate the surface texture by embossing or engraving on the traditional asphalt pavement,so as to improve the safety of mountain Road driving.It is found that the artificial texture technology of asphalt pavement has obvious advantages in improving the skid resistance,drainage performance,high temperature stability,overturning performance and braking performance of the road.Firstly,based on the research and analysis of the current situation and the maintenance of asphalt pavement,the paper puts forward the technology innovation of man-made texture to improve the skid resistance of mountainous highway asphalt pavement.The artificial texture technology of asphalt pavement is analyzed comprehensively through theoretical analysis,laboratory test and engineering application of artificial texture technology.Secondly,using the manning formula,the hydraulic radius,the two-item law of friction,the modified adhesion theory and considering the fluid viscosity and the actual liquid flow energy loss,the new technology of asphalt pavement artificial texture technology is proposed to improve the skid resistance of the asphalt pavement of mountainous highway.The technical parameters of man-made textured asphalt pavement have been formed in the course of research,which has obvious effect on improving the skid resistance,drainage performance and high temperature stability of mountainous highways.The research shows that the artificial texture technology of asphalt pavement can remarkably improve the structure depth and friction coefficient of pavement,and the decay rate of anti slip index is obviously lower than that of natural textured asphalt pavement during the process of accelerated abrasion,and the drainage performance is very superior in the gentle road slope,which can quickly eliminate the surface water.At the same time,the artificial texture technology of asphalt pavement can remarkably improve the high temperature stability of pavement,and it is found that with the increase of the artificial texture spacing,the dynamic stability of asphalt pavement is improved obviously,and the quality loss of man-made asphalt rutting plate is found by the quality loss test.The result shows that the pavement with man-made texture technology of asphalt pavement has good abrasion resistance,and the phenomenon of texture shedding will not occur.Finally,using the artificial texture technology of asphalt pavement to solve the problem of water accumulation on the road surface of S61,Guivu Expressway,it is found that the artificial texture technology of asphalt pavement has excellent engineering adaptability,especially for the road intersection,the vertical and horizontal combination of unreasonable road sections,such as easy water,bus berth,traffic light control junction and the easy-polished area such as the long downhill section and the easy overturning area,such as sharp steep slope section,can be used as a reference for solving the problem of skid resistance,drainage and easy rutting.
