With the increase of mileage and traffic flow of expressways,traffic accidents caused by slippery road surface occur frequently,which is largely related to the poor skid resistance of the road surface.Texture structure is an important factor that affects the anti-sliding performance of asphalt pavement is an important factor.In general,the texture structure can be divided into macrostructure and microstructure in terms of the aggregate particles size on road surface.Mean texture depth(MTD)and friction coefficient are important indexes evaluating the anti-sliding performance.Due to the different measuring methods and related parameters,MTD and friction coefficient have ambiguity in the description of the anti-sliding property.Therefore,the sole use of any one to evaluate the anti-sliding performance of asphalt pavement is inaccurate.It is of great significance to study the consistency of the two parameters in reflecting the skid resistance of the pavement.The paper deeply explores the anti-skid mechanism of asphalt pavement and improves the existing texture depth measurement algorithm and also implicitly reflects the dynamic friction coefficient through the static texture depth.The paper also combines digital image processing method and section method,and uses the laser vision measuring technology to explore the question.Firstly,the breakthrough point of laser vision and texture depth measurement is discovered by theoretical analysis and the laser vision model is established based on triangulation measurement principle.Secondly,the general image processing methods is put forward according to the requirement of the measuring technology.Finally,the MTD is estimated by the section profile,and the related analysis is performed with friction coefficient.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows: 1)Considering the particularity of the asphalt pavement surface,an adaptive filter-based denoising algorithm is proposed in the data processing section based on slope and B-spline curve is introduced to interpolate the breakpoints;2)The skid resistance of the road surface is analyzed theoretically based on the tribology and automotive dynamics,and the geometry of the contact between the tire and the road is as key research,and the friction coefficient is implicitly introduced.The geometric method is used to modify surface depressions.3)The mapping relationshiprequired for the experimental environment is established by using linear regression analytical.The results show that the effective texture depth algorithm measurement proposed in the paper can achieve a reasonable trade off between high accuracy and strong feasibility.The correlation between effective texture depth and friction coefficient is more than 80%.It can be applied to the data analysis of the texture depth detection system and other related fields.
