| Based on the urban renewal and transformation in the process of urbanization,a series of problems have arisen in the process of urban renewal.China’s urbanization is in the key stage of promotion,but the urban old building transformation is still in the exploratory development stage,and there are many problems.Urban development and internal renewal are closely related.Urban renewal will inevitably bring about the transformation and reconstruction of old buildings.In the wave of renovation,we should have a forward-looking judgment,and consider the advantages and disadvantages,gains and losses of the transformation from multiple dimensions.The value of old buildings should be embodied;the style of streets should be continued;the characteristics of cities should be protected;and the character of cities should be respected.Starting from the practical problems in the process of reconstruction,the author hopes to discuss the value of buildings in the reconstruction of old blocks,study the relevant transformation theory,and combine the actual transformation situation of Urumqi,put forward the transformation methods and principles suitable for local transformation,and finally summarize and explore the strategies of the reconstruction of old blocks in Urumqi.At the same time,in view of the development of the city,the city should be regarded as an organic whole,and the transformation should take a step-by-step approach,emphasizing the value of the old buildings as resources themselves.Considering both transformation and protection and development,we should steadily and orderly promote the transformation process. |
