| Historical buildings are an important part of a city,which embody and carry the history and culture of a city.However,in the process of urban development,various modes of "big demolition and big reform" keep emerging,the historical context of the city is largely erased,the historical style is destroyed,and the homogenization of the city follows.The transformation and updating of the historical architectural environment design and the value of historical buildings are ignored,and the historical architectural ontology and spatial environment continue to decline.It caused the phenomenon of regional culture rupture and even disappearance.Changchun is rich in historical buildings,most of which are used by schools and hospitals.As an indispensable part of the city,the renewal,transformation and development of historic buildings are closely related to the overall development of the city.Therefore,reasonable transformation and utilization should be made to give full play to their historical education value.First of all,based on the analysis and discussion of relevant theories and domestic and foreign literature,this paper analyzes the relationship between urban renewal and historic building environment design and transformation,which lays a foundation for the following in-depth study.Secondly,this paper takes the historic buildings in Changchun as the main research object,summarizes the development history,types and characteristics of the historic buildings in Changchun,analyzes the general situation of the design of the historic building environment and the value of the historic buildings,and summarizes the current problems in the design of the historic building environment in Changchun.In the context of urban renewal,it puts forward the reconstruction principles,models and strategies suitable for Changchun.Finally,the paper analyzes the space environment of historical building of Kuanchengzi Tsarist Russian Railway Station Club,puts forward the design and renovation strategy,and preliminarily plans and designs the environment design of historical building of Kuanchengzi Railway Station Club.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it will make a beneficial attempt on the renovation and renewal of historical buildings in Changchun under the context of urban renewal,so that people can better inherit the heritage of historical buildings,revitalize historical buildings,promote the development of urban renewal,and provide positive and effective reference for the renovation and renewal of historic buildings in Changchun in the future. |
