With the continuous advancement of economic and trade globalization,containers are widely used in international trade transportation.The growth of container throughput in China's ports and the rapid development of large-scale ships have placed more stringent requirements on the operational efficiency of container terminal yards.The space resources and mechanical equipment resources of the container temminal yard are limited.Only the storage space allocation and the multi-yard cranes scheduling are reasonable,which is beneficial to improve the utilization efficiency and operational efficiency of the yard resources in front of the terminal and improve the service level for the shipping company and the cargo owner.This paper gives a detailed overview of the various resources of the container tenninal yard,including the space resources of the yard,mechanical equipment resources;introduces and analyzes the operational procedures of the yard and the factors affecting the operational efficiency.Considering the uncertainty of the actual arrival time of the export containers delivery containers in a given port collection period,a more severe test is put forward on the production scheduling of the terminal.Adopting the same strategy of stacking position and loading and unloading order to allocate storage space to the port of export,and to ensure mutual interference and balance of operations when multiple yard cranes work together,the problem of container allocation of outlet containers and multi-yard cranes The scheduling problem is integrated optimization research,aiming at minimizing the tumbling time and the completion time of all the task time of the yard crane,and establishing the integrated optimization model of the yard space allocation and multi-yard crane scheduling.By designing a hybrid genetic and simulated annealing algorithm to solve the model,a storage space allocation and multi-yard crane scheduling scheme can be obtained.In this paper,numerical experiments are carried out by changing the task container volume,storage strategy,nu,nber of shells and number of yard cranes in the export container,and the validity and applicability of the model and algorithm are verified.The results show that compared with the genetic algorithm,the hybrid genetic and simulated annealing algorithm designed in this paper has a faster convergence rate and the results are relatively better.The strategy consistent with the order of loading and unloading containers in this paper can effectively solve the problem of storage space allocation and multi-yard cranes scheduling in the yard,and obtain the optimal solution,reduce the time of tumbling and the total time of completion of the task of the crane,which can be the container terminal yard.Multi-resource integrated scheduling optimization provides new ideas for theoretical research.
